Meet Dr. Frazer
Dr. Frazer went to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also received his MBA at St. Joseph's University.
He completed his Family Practice Residency at Palmetto General Hospital in Miami, and his Family Practice Tracking Internship at Wellington Regional Medical Center in West Palm Beach. Dr. Frazer was a recipient of the PCOM Board of Trustees Scholarship, Ben and Mary Siddons Measey Scholarship, and Halifax Medical Center Medical School Scholarship.
Dr. Frazer is the recipient of South Florida Business Journal's 2009 Excellence in Healthcare Award in Community Outreach. In 2009, Dr. Frazer also received the Family Resource Center's Children's Hero Award for helping foster children. And in 2009, he was featured on Miami's local ABC News Channel 10 for helping foster children.
Dr. Frazer is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Frazer's favorite food is a whopper with cheese (yes, he knows it's really bad for him). And,...favorite movie is The Matrix. Eventually, we'll put more of his favorites on here.
